People with endocrine disorders, especially children and adolescents, face a significant challenge when it comes to timely and accurate administration of injectable medicines. However, they often face difficulties in storing injectable medications, especially when they are on the move and do not have access to proper refrigeration.
The research team proposes a storage box solution that focuses on
Portability: The device is lightweight and easy to carry, and is designed for people with busy schedules, such as students or office workers.
Efficient storage: The system is capable of maintaining stable temperature and cold, ensuring optimal storage conditions for injectable medications even in the absence of external refrigeration.
Future features include an electronic application connected to the device that provides accurate information on medication schedule, dosage and storage status. Patients and carers will be able to monitor and manage everything conveniently via the mobile app.
