Their innovative solution addresses these challenges by introducing an intelligent system within the crab farm. Recently, the natural crab population has been declining while the market demand for crab continues to grow. Crab farms, faced with the challenge of growing crabs in a high density environment, often face problems such as crab cannibalism during the shell moulting period.
The farm is divided into small pens to prevent crabs from harming each other. In addition, the water supply to the farm is controlled by sensors to maintain the correct level of solubility, ensuring that only suitable water is provided to the crabs. The system also incorporates other sensors to provide water at the correct temperature to effectively support their reproductive process. Light, humidity sensors and solar panels are installed to help the farmers manage their farm in a more intelligent way.
